Ok so they did respond only after my first hello Peter report, and then they came up with something that we haven't applied for, when my husband told them what we want the guy could give us an answer in 3 min, so wuy did we wait for a month for some pice of useless information? So we are not going to do anymore business with standardbank and we will rather take our business to another bank and I will tell everyone that I know about our bad experiance and we wanted to move all of our stuff there but guess what NO!!! Will not do that any more!
