Poor service

Having watched the wonderful ads about tailored insurance got me thinking and I contacted Brightrock Insurance to get some quotes. Call centre said they will get a broker to contact me and when somebody did phone me they tried the Kirby sales technique in getting an appointment. I pointed out that I am not in JHB and they said they will refer to another broker and that was the last I heard from this crowd!

Makes me wonder if their service standards and policy management or cover is as good us their CRM?

An absolute big NO thank you to this insurance newby that fails to get past the starting gates.
