Eventually got help

I visited an optometrist and was told by oneplan that they will only pay for my consultation. I tried on several occasions to used my onecard and after many phone calls i ended up paying for the consultation myself. i since then have tried to get a refund and after many phone calls and sms's eventually Mphunzi helped me. im still not satisfied with the outcome but at least someone tried to help. The rest of the staff kept telling me they are going to hand my query to a supervisor but nobody sorted out the problem.
