Top management don't follow through!!

After paying insurance premiums for 8 years without claiming we were cleaned out in December 2012, We still have not had any written or verbal communication regarding the final decision regarding our claim. We have requested certain documentation which we have been given the run around on, we have requested a meeting with top management, so far we have received a call which we could not take at the time due to being in a meeting but we did indicate the times we would be free to take a call to discuss our concerns, this was a week ago and still NOTHING!!! no return calls, no emails in fact NO COMMUNICATION since from management. Written communication received from claims consultants shows that record keeping in the company is sorely lacking and the language used is very unprofessional.
