No feedback on an long outstanding issue

I'm unable to obtain credit at FNB whom i bank with as a Platinum Account Holder. No-one actually knows why there is a hold on my Credit Card held with Discovery two years ago. They are required to correct the "status" on the account and close it on their side. However, im sent from pillar to post with just a group email address with automated replies tahnking me for my request, ALAS, NO RESOLVE OR EVEN A STRAIGHT ANSWER!!! I'm tired of their service delivery and consider moving my acounts to another bank. there is no sense of urgency or even an attempt at getting to the bottom of my issue, just referred to someone else even more useless...
