SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT - BAD SERVICE

I phoned on Monday 11/03/13 to find out what the settlement of my account will be as I wanted to pay it off and close this account. I received the settlement amount and paid it immediately on Monday 11/03/13. I was told to phone back on the 13/03/13 to make sure the payment had been captured etc, which I did, and the account still has a balance outstanding of R145 something or other, which I absolutely refuse to pay as usually when one receives a settlement amount is should clear the account completely. RCS then said they would reverse the amount and I should phone back to see if it has been processed, so I phoned back on the 14/03/13 and it had still not been sorted out and the whole process started again, I then phoned back on the 18/03/13 and still it has not been sorted out..I am disgusted!! I would also just like to state that I settled the account way before the due date of the first payment. Surely customers should be treated with more respect especially if there are no payments outstanding and has been settled early.

I will certainly NOT be recommending RCS to anyone as the service I have received has been disgusting.
