ABSA SOLD ME INSURANCE WITHOUT MY CONSENT

In Dec 2012 i received a call from ABSA asking me to send them my insurance on a vehicle financed with them.
They informed me they would add insurance should i fail to do so. I did so immediately.
I then noticed my debit order increased by R1740 in February, however i had not received a statement.
I called them to tell them that not only did they breach the Consumer Protection Act, but also the FAIS Act, as they had sold me a policy and charge me for it without my consent. I sent them proof of the mail i sent, as their system had no record of it. I was assured by John Sidze That i would be refunded in Seven days. This was promised on the 21/02/2013. To date i have not received a refund for the extra charge in February.
I have emailed John 3 times since and he chooses not to reply. I have also emailed the ABSA Action Line, received a referance no, and still no response. Overall terrible service.
