Advised to go to small claim court

There is a certain company I do not know thats been deducting from my account without my consent. I have contacted them to stop but all was in vain since last year November (Y) 2012.

I did contact the company as advised by the bank but still the debit is still running, I have just received the new debit on top of the other ones I am still fighting so the bank means I should not eat or have a life.

I feel I am not protected anyone can do whatever they like with my money. Please help me Peter before I get into debts of the service I do not even get because I do not know even the service the company renders.
