My vehicle was invloved in a motor vehicle accident in November 2012.The emergeny call center was not in place to assist me in taking the call over that weekend, i was fortunate that my vehicle was in a drivable state only managed to get through to the call center on the Monday. I took the vehicle in for assesment, then told to take the vehicle to TC panel beaters, followed the intructions and was told once the parts have arrived the repairs will commence. I waited from November to date and no repairs have been done to my car.
