I am so sick of this company you pay your insurance policy on time and not skip a month so that when you need it to work for you it does. i call them and spend 20mins listening to their answering machine repeating "as a valued customer we thank you for your patience and assure you that your call will be attended to as soon as an agent becomes available." this is annoying cause I'm using up my airtime to call them meanwhile i pay them to ensure that i never find myself stranded without a phone. they always have some story or another about why they take so long to clear or at least get back to you about your claim. the latest is that my insurance now covers the cost of my phone at that time. what sense does that make? besides that i signed a contract that says i get cover of a specific amount not the value of the phone. they are I'm thinking of changing my insurance company.
