I submitted an online enquiry late on Friday afternoon 08/03/2013 for a vehicle insurance quote - On Saturday morning - 09/03/2013 at about 09:00 or so Simphiwe called me.
He provided such clear and concise information. So friendly and transparent. I was really impressed.
Coming from a call center environment I give this brother a thumbs up for great service and great quality of information.
