FNB will not get back to me regarding Ebucks claim

As a loyal FNB cheque account holder (62360671781) I logged onto Internet banking one day and saw I qualified for a Platinum cheque account upgrade. Excited at the prospect I clicked on the link and read through the documents. What I was unaware of is that if I didn't deposit over R16500 a month into my account that I would not earn any ebucks on my spend.

I have since downgraded back to Gold status and have requested to reclaim those ebucks lost in January 2013. The reason that it was not made clear otherwise I would not have taken the offer, considering only on 2 occasions in the last 12 months has this amount be deposited and should not have even been offered this account.

I sent a complaint to on their website that was followed up by a call from their premier call center, to which my point was relayed again. Since then I have sent multiple messages via their website and have got no human response.

Come on FNB you are better than this! - Please contact me by phone and reissue my ebucks for January 2013.
