I would like to air my utter disgust at the way i have been treated. First of all let me start of by saying your billing department needs to get their affiars or story straight. Im aware that you have stopped your credit card services. I have contacted the call centre whereby the agent/consultant advised me that the billing will continue or the debit order will go ahead as per normal. Fine i understand i said yes. To my surprise i recived a sms stating that i have failed to make any payment on the acc whic is a blatant and false accusation. What has happend was that u failed to deduct monthly installments from myaccount and if u check your records u will i havent cancelled the debit order and no unpaid amounts have gone off my account. Yet im being send threatening sms that i havent paid! Please get your billing facts in order and then we can sort out this matter!
