Pathetic service

Call us for an obligation free quote... yeah right! I covered my 2 cars and my house with outsurance and after 4 phonecalls and a call to the manager, I'm still receiving sms notifications to say xyz is required, and to top it off had a premium increase, because they could not get the quote right in the first place! Now I'm still receiving sms notifications to take my vehicle for another assessment! This is an absolute waste of time and money, which i faithfully pay every month thinking that my car is insured! This is disgusting and pathetic customer service! And my issue is still not resolved!
