CANCELLED POLICY WITHIN 1 DAY OF RECEIVING QUOTE

I received a quote via the Call Centre and he e-mailed it to me. I had received a BETTER quote from another insurance company and within 24hours cancelled via e-mail. Outsurance has deducted R1, 060-70 out of my bank AFTER I cancelled 2 months later trying to get this money back from them. Have all the necessary documentation of proof. Pathetic and where is the R400-00 because they could not match a better quote???
