Misleading and false pretence to sell insurance

You contacted me last week on 08 March 2013, with the intro to your call to me that your are not selling me anything. What a lie, you started selling me motor car insurance.

To cut this short you could not beat my current insurance premium and then your represent told me she will speak to her manager to get a better rate and she will get back to me in the next 30 minutes. It's almost a week and nobody has bothered to call me. FIRSTLY YOU WILL REMOVE THE EQNUIRY YOU MADE ON MY CREDIT PROFILE BY 10:00 on 14 March 2013, and don't bother to phone me as I don't take kindly to your tactics and tarnishing my credit profile with enquiries and then you cannot even com back to me. Failure to comply with this I will take legal action where your represented to that she is not selling me anything as tele sales is illegal in this country and I gave you no permission to contact me whatsoever for any form of marketing as. I detest tele sales people.
