Miway accessed my ITC profile without my consent!!

On the 11/10/2013 I was shocked to receive an sms saying " an enquiry was made on my transunion profile" To my horror I noticed Miway Tia Master user did an enquiry on my profile. For what reason I don't know because I have not made an insurance application. Whoever made the enquiry please remove it from my profile because what you did is illegal because i have not consented on that. This is illegal!
