FNB homeloans... BAD SERVICE

I have had this home loan with FNB for over 15 years now. I have asked for a very small re advance and qualified on all criteria. They have made sure I am FICA compliant, they have checked all documents and every time they ask for a new piece of paper which I have given them. Now they are repeating themselves!! I am waiting for them to ask for a blood sample next. I deal with there call centre so there is no way of getting a proper answer and everything has to go via a supervisor whom I have not been able to speak to. This process has taken over a month now and is highly frustrating!
