I am very concerned with the communication amongst the employees of First National Bank. I applied for a home loan, received the proposal, which was a terrible offer. I went ahead and declined the proposal, communicated this to 2 separate employees of FNB. A day later, I received correspondence, that the documentation has been sent to the lawyers for processing. How can such a thing happen? I think it reflects poorly on the professionalism of the bank. My husband had to contact the lawyers directly and confirm that we had not accepted the proposal, we were too afraid to rely on an FNB employee to communicate the matter. This is my second complaint in a week, really disappointed and upset with FNB.
