Bunch of thieving!!!

Not too long ago I had to make the very diffuclt and embarrasing decision to apply for debt review. This in itself was a hard pill to swallow, however what needed to be done, needed to be done. Foschini was one of the vendors who gladly accepted the new proposal and they have been recieving payments since this acceptance of theirs. Now though, they want to threaten me with garnishees and lawyers and what have you. Albeit that they are fully aware of the fact that it is against the law - the seem to be a law onto themselves. So here goes - what yoyu are doing is against the law!!! I would suggest you get in touch with me to resolve this matter and stop trying to scare me - IT AINT WORKING!! You are infuriating!! I've been wanting to increase my monthly payments, but your attitude makes working with you impossible!!
Please phone clarify, IN WRITING, how you could have accpeted my new credit payment proposal, yet you now hand me over to lawyers? Bunch of thieving!!!
