I joined Discovery Insure on 1 September, and I can say with confidence that this is the most people friendly insurance company I have ever dealt with! Today, I phoned to update my policy with car hire etc, and every time I phoned, I was treated like a valued client, and the assistance from Lerato & Anesree was exceptional. The were friendly, professional and very clued up about their products. I was sent an updated policy every time, and it came through on my e-mail while I was still on the phone with them. And the products the offer are brilliant! Write Off accelerator, extended car hire etc. I will recommend to everyone.
