Don't complaint - they dont't bother resolving pro

On 5 March 2013 I log a complaint about CreditWorx system that carries the wrong clients information and Veronica Paules promisse to provide me with feedback. I am still waiting. Yesterday I received 2 calls asking to speak to Mrs. Radebe, I do not look or sound like a Mrs. over the phone so why on earth keeps on calling me.
Yesterday afternoon I call Creditworx asking to speak to Veronica Paules and I was told she is in a meeting and will call me back... I am still waiting.
