FEDUP With no one listening

Yesterday I got a call from Creditworx, informing me that I still owe money from 2011 on my child's school fees. Sandra is not helping at all with the information that I gave her. I keep on getting 5 sms messages telling me to phone them urgently. if I do phone. at my last attempt I lost it with switch board operator. Hannetjie Pieterse please update the system as you promised LS Uniefees you would have, and stop bugging me!!!
