Thando Qobose provide excellent service to client

I had a complaint about my premuim and additional loadings which was captured on my policy. Ms Qobose phoned me after a struggle to get proper assistance from three different Call Centre advisors. i explained my complaint to her. in the process she calmed me down since i was frustrated at this stage. she promised to investigate the complaint and revert back to me the same day. she indeed phoned me back. this was already a plus for her since she kept her promise. she informed me about the process that needs to be followed by the company in order to rectify the complaint. she kept me up to date on a daily basis about the progress of the case. she did not stop until my matter was resolved. she restored my faith in the company by her attitude and her excellent way of communication. she even assisted me with other issues which was not part of the dispute. i want to comment her for the excellent standards which she set for herself and seasoned call centre operator can still learn a lot from her.

the company has a jewel of an employee which they should cherish. i have recommended the company to my relatives and friends based on the service i received from Ms Qobose.
