Customer Service That Exceeded Excellence!

Just like to give credit where Credit is due. I am an Executive member of the Oneplan Group.
Have to say at first I was really disappointed with their customer service and the way they handled their clients.
After receiving no joy from regular representatives, I asked for the supervisor. And was lucky enough to come to contact with Thando Qobose. She made sure she called me back to give me heads up on the issue on hand. My funds was refunded to me and on second occasion she went all out to make sure I got the treatment I deserve. I only wish that she could extend her knowledge of excellent customer service to other representatives in her group. Well Done Thando, with your great assistance I am all in for Oneplan Group. Keep up the good work and excel your self further. I am sure you will grow with your company.
