having to deal with loosing a beloved pet suddenly, can be very traumatic.

Suddenly, once you have to claim from pet insurance, one is daunted by the process of paper work and the emotion with re living the traumatic events.

from my experience, emailing for claims usually falls to a general automated response from the service provider.
