Just a point of concern - and a way that you can improve service delivery, customer satisfaction. I had an account with you, with monthly instalments on the last working day of the month, usually around the 28th. In February I request the details of the account and when the account will be settled etc. This was duly emailed to me, effectively stating the amount outstanding (In my mind 2 instalments). Budgeting for these last 2 instalments, you could imagine my surprise when I went to the bank today to find that I had no money left in my account - the money was deducted 28 Feb and again 11 March... obviously your telephonic assistance cannot do much except say how sorry they are that I cannot buy food for the remainder of the month... which really does not help me, or my kids, for the month. I am sure you will find some "fine-print" to protect yourselves from the credit act so it is not worth my time and effort to go the legal route so all I can ask is that for future, please put something in place that informs your clients as the due date for final payment comes close... and hopefully, one day, this does not happen to you!!!
