Discovery Card
WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY COMPLAINT!

I lodged a complaint a while back about the fact that i wanted to close my Discovery Card and thought that i only had to pay R241 but was told that i actually owe R4799.85 which you say comes from Medical Savings Booster. I then asked for proof that i authorised Discovery to include Medical Savings Booster on my card and was told that they will get me the recordings of that day, but to date nothing is forthcoming. Another thing, you say currently i owe R241. it cant be R241.10 because you need to remove the fee for card replacement of R130 (04/02/2013) as you never rendered that service. when i take out R130 from R241.10, balance is R111.10. Where do i depost this R111.10 as i tried to deposit on the atm using my card number but it rejected it. Is my account closed I want to resolve this matter please.
