We'll close your Card, but will keep on billing!

I've closed my Credit card Account in July2013

I am still getting billed on a monthly basis from Discovery.
After I logged a complaint with discovery card, I got feedback from discovery card to say my call has been closed and too rate their service.
Barry Sunde responded and asked me too rate your disgusting service on 9th October 2013

How many time do I have to close an account with these incompetent?
How long must I pay for your poor service?
