I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY BANK CARD FROM FNB ON THE 28TH OF FEBRUARY 2013. WHEN CALLING FOR CONFIRMATION I HEAR THAT WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT THEY NEVER UPDATED MY INFORMATION AND EVERYTHING WAS STILL IN MY MAIDEN NAME. THEY PROMISED TO RECTIFY THIS AND MY NEW CARD IN MY MARRIED NAME WOULD REACH ME NO LATER THAN MARCH THE FIFTH BUT WOULD RECEIVE MY FIRST CARD ORDERED IN MY MAIDEN NAME SO I COULD STILL ACCESS MY SALARY. TO THIS DAY, 11 MARCH 2013, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. IT DOESNT EVEN HELP SENDING AN EMAIL AS THAT JUST GETS IGNORED. THIS SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
