Went to Hyde Park branch, waited for 10 - 15 minutes by the time I got assistance I was a bit annoyed but Doreen is a STAR. She was friendly and she gave me the most outstanding service ever. She updated my details and she was very patient. I only wanted the confirmation of bank details letter but I ended up opening access save account as well
