I went to Bedford Gardens at 2/Mar, at around 11H00 to open my business account. When it was my turn, it was close to 13H00. Thandi, the consultant who helped me. I could see that she's really exhausted, but she said nothing just managed to extract a smile and went straight to help me. During the whole process, she's extremely knowledgible and efficient; she wasted not a single second and got everything done is a flash of light! If we have more consultant like her in FNB; I believe you guys should change the slogan from 'How can we help you' to "We help you with everything"!

I would recommend Thandi to anyone who walks into the branch!
