This morning I called the Call Centre as I had an account that was still reflecting on ITC and my Internet Banking Profile as unpaid. I spoke to a lady by the name of Thandi who validated that my account was fully paid and that she would send me a letter of confirmation that I could take to the nearest branch for them to update my ITC information. Within minutes of speaking to her I received an email. This is efficiency at its best. I was also pleasantly surprised at how friendly she was and how eager she was to sort out my issue.
