Mr Brown is a half wit

Having expressed a wish on my profile for NO MARKETING INFORMATION, Nedbank yesterday sent me a spam sms, and told me to advise them if I wanted to opt out, at my cost. I went to my private banker to complain. I plan to take this a long way further and to go to the press and embarrass them.
