Std Bank has debited me for this product and won't refund the cost nor tell me how I supposedly asked for it in the first place... I dont even have a personal loan, 3 telephone calls and 3 emails to complaints have been studiously ignored... i might as well complain to my dog, at least he wags his tail when I talk to him.
