Transactions put through on a stopped credit card

I bought a product on the Internet and was charged triple the amount advertised. 10 minutes later when I received the confirmation SMS, I called your dept. and stopped the card and had the transaction reversed. 6 days later, the scamsters put the transaction through again, and it went through. I realise that the card number stays the same, but the CCV number on my new card is different. This should never have happened. I did all the right things and still couldn't prevent the from taking my hard earned money.
Your card division was very unhelpful when I called again. I have filed a dispute, and am hoping that this will be resolved timeously.
