How hard is it to get my claim reimbursed

Never have i ever dealt with more incompetent people, on the 15th december early hours of the morning i had an accident and needed stitches, my wife contacted the emergency number and was told that we need to go to a Life hospital and that Vincent palotti is the closest, upon arrival at vincent palloti, i was told that i would need to pay cash as they do not have an agreement with essential med, which was good and well, we paid cash and submitted the claim to essential med, TO DATE NO REFUND WAS RECEIVED!! each and every time we contact the call centre there is another story, no one contacts you, no one apologises, they promise to call you back but never do, each time they need something more, something additional, yet they never contact you, you you have to do the running around and each time you call, they spin you a rubbish story. All i want is for my claim to be processed and my money refunded to me, i don't have a rubbish story each time i have to pay my premium! Its always paid on time! so why can i not receive the same courtesy extended back to me!
