Outsurance
Bending over backwards to give bad service

Business & Finance

A guy skipped a stop sign and crashed into my daughters car the guilty party is insured with outsurance, its been 36 days and no answers can be given. Every time we call Pumele and he hears its us than the phone get disconnected, we just spoke to a Cindy that was very rude and through the phone down. They mentioned in a previous conversation that they think off only paying her out 70% of the vehicle's book value, because they reckon that the other 30% was her fault?? How could you be in fault if you are travelling on a road and someone skip's a stop sign? To me its clear that they are playing for time, to get off cheaper, and this is in total contradiction of their current marketing promotion airing on tv and radio. As an estate agent my daughter cannot work without a vehicle, and its one of a frustration that they just don't come back to a client. I am not with outsurance, if they had given good service I might have consider them, but now even if they were the only insurer in SA I would take the risk myself. Bending over backwards to give bad service.
