After complaining about the service I received from FNB's callcentre, I was contacted by two of their premier bankers Gladys & Semakaleng who both assured me that they are working on my query and have prioritised my order for a smart device.
It has been over a week of stories from FNB about why the device that I rdered has still not been delivered when I ordered it & it was approved more than a month ago.
I was told by Semakaleng on Monday the 4th that the order is with the couriers (Brigh point) and today, Thursday the 7th, I am advised by the courier company that they never received an orderfor my device from FNB??
Story after story is all I get from FNB & I am being to even by premier bankers??
Perhaps I need to take all my accounts to a different bank that actually cares about their clients.
