Every month, I log on to [URL Removed] to buy R1000 worth of electricity. Every month, the transaction is declined (I either wait for an OTP that never arrives, or get a message from the easypay website saying the transaction has been declined. I then wait for a call from Standard Bank and go through the whole procedure to unblock the transaction. This evening there was not even a call - I had to phone the call centre.
I'm told each time that it has been permanently unblocked and it won't happen again next month, but the problem has persisted for almost two years. PLEASE, explain why I have to endure this frustration every single month.
