Pathetic Service and endless delays

I was fortunate to secure a bargain purchase of a property in a prime location in my hometown. I then paid a cash amount to secure this property thinking that "MY BANK" FNB would be at my side to provide a small home loan. BUT! It has now been 3 weeks without any results. I am now going to lose this investment opportunity due to poor, pathetic communication from FNB. I am furious, I have all my business and personal accounts with them which amount to substantial amounts seeing that I am a lawyer and have my own law firms with huge amounts being kept in the FNB coffers. I am totally shocked to see such poor service and pathetic excuses. I had my p.a. call them to confirm the e-mail address for documentation required and the e-mail was not working. She then phoned FNB to confirm the e-mail address, as this was a matter of urgency and the reply was: We work with numbers and not names!!! and the phone was put down. That is it! I will no longer promote FNB as a bank with good service nor customer relations. I Ask: Why do I have to be treated like to give FNB new business. I will no longer advise anyone to make use of FNB due to this unfortunate incident.
