I am very much pleased with their service

During December, I phoned outsurance to change my physical address for my car insurance. I must say I was astounded by how quick, friendly and delightful the staff were. I wish the staff was like that all the time or should I only call in December, lol. The person I spoke to was very friendly, patient, helpful and explained things to me nicely. THANK YOU.
