Terrible service

I phoned to put in a claim at my house, Assessor came out claim was declined, No one can give me a explanation to why the claim was declined. i have asked various times and the question keeps getting ignored!!! Person i have been dealing with is extremely rude in her email reply's or replies with one word answer's. I have also been unable to contact her on the number provided to me.

You guys base yourself on customer service and claim to bend over backwards for your clients... Great example.
