I have dealt with a few call centre folks recently while shopping around for vehicle insurance.By far the best service has been from Dial Direct. Sechaba deserves a mention. He has just the right mix of professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. No pushiness, no overselling, just answered my questions, handled my application, all of this with charm and a great attitude. As a coach who identifies talented individuals for a living, I can say that he definitely is the kind of person a company is fortunate to have on the team. Thanks Sechaba, and all the best!
