I have had an issue with standard bank regarding my personal loan, but that is not the base for my complaint here. I decided to go the social media route and posted on their wall various time. Various times they responded, saying they need my contact number etc. A person did call me once and when I explained my problem, they said they will investigate and never called back. I then went back to the Facebook and commented and no-one had the decency to call me back or even reply to my comments. They have now gone as far as blocking me from posting on their wall
