Service starts good end really bad

We had an accident and Dial Direct was very good in sorting out the initial process. The car was then given to Body Rite in East London to fix. Samuel was my vehicle repair consultant. If I did not phone, I got no feedback or he was not available. It was a minor accident and I was told that it would be fixed within a week. After a week they then told me that when they stripped the vehicle they found one more problem and the part will be dispatched that evening. The person said that it will only take two days but they still, another week later, have not finished the vehicle. I was told that we gave you a vehicle, so what's your problem. Dial Direct consultant also told me that. I was given a vehicle that I am not allowed to drive out of town and if it is involved in an accident I am liable. I cannot use the vehicle like my own. Body Rite as a service provider has a serious problem as the one person does not know what the other one is saying and Dial Direct has failed miserably in providing proper customer care. They did not give proper feedback at all and when I phoned them they only told me what the service provider told me. How long will I have to wait and how many more stories?
