I have been waiting since October 2012 for a response to a massive mistake Absa has made.

They have issued me with an amount to pay to the tune of R64 000, for debt I have paid TWICE, but after numerous attempts by myself and even my lawyer, not one person responds. Absa has admitted that they have made a mistake, but that was all we have heard in six months.

This is not a laughing matter and I want to continue my life!

We have tweeted, emailed, phoned and even faxed, and no response whatsoever!

Laken Johnson has received numerous emails from my lawyer and we have emailed their actionline - with no response at all.

Shocking service.

I am at my wits end and i just do not know what to do anymore!
