Dont believe they know how to justify mistakes

The debit twice on my account, when I go ask they say a debit order bounced, so I went to the bank I get back with a bank statement, they then change and say there was no money in my account. They really have no idea what they r talking about... and. I didn't get a call to notify me of double deduction... and still no no one can give me proper answer.
