ABSA CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR CANT HELP YOU

NTHATO MOTIANG, as a supervisor you are no help at all. I tried to change my POSTAL address telephonically but because I cant remember details from 5 years ago, you insist I go to a branch whereas I confirmed all the other required info, when I offered additional info you were still not willing to assist me. I understand your need to verify details, but, I worked for a company that changed names and directors almost every month, no human being can be expected to remember that yet you refuse to understand even after I volunteered additional info. I will ensure all my business is moved from ABSA. For heavens sake, I have religiously paid my installment for 5 years, never once skipped a month and this is the treatment I get. I'd be grateful if a stranger tried to change my details and pay my car payment monthly on my behalf, as you said, its happened before, what a joke.
