I applied for a loan with direct Axis of R10 000 a nd then after paying my instalments on time and paying excemmetly. They decided to offer me another addittional loan n R 10 000 but sai the first month after taking the loan, i would not pay an instalment, so that would waiver that month and start deducting the next month, however when the debit order date came they took the R453 which was not what we agreed on. So i contacted the call centre and they said they had lodged a complaint for me and someone was going to come back to me it's been 3months, what's the use of a call Centre if i am just going to waste my time.
